JOURNEY TO RECOVERY - DEPRESSION - 07/05/2017

It was 2:00 AM in the middle of a good sleep that I should actually experienced, but here I am battling with a very painful diarrhea... going to and fro for more than five times with series of vomiting really made me surrender... it was extremely hurting my colon and stomach... ouchhhh!!!

So, after everything was quite in control, I lay down on the bed trying to get back to sleep but I cannot... I grabbed my hand phone and here I am updating the blog... was spanked by a chat that a friend uttered to me regarding feeling stressful, felt unwanted and thought that it is better if she is not here in the world anymore so that she will feel free... arghhh, this saddened me as I believe that no one ought to be left out... no one ought to be done in any way until he or she felt that they are useless... no, not for me...

Depression, according to the Wikipedia  is a state of low mood and aversion to activity... well, it may at certain point be a normal reaction to every occurrence within the life events or circumstances... may also be a symptom of a medical condition or even a side effect of drugs or medical treatments... sometimes, depression could also happened due to a symptom of certain psychiatric syndromes... depression in childhood and adolescence is actually quite similar to the adult major depressive disorder... well, if most us us can see or can I say realize, although young sufferers may exhibit increased irritability or aggressive and self-destructive behavior (during their most active times) rather than the all-encompassing sadness associated with adult forms of depression, the sorrowfulness that they felt is just the same... children who are under stress, experience loss, or have attention, learning, behavioral, or anxiety disorders are at a higher risk for depression... with high expectations from parents and family with lotsa other things to be done, the child is prone to be having this syndrome...

There are a few treatment that could be done in order to curb and further eliminate the sickness:
1) Talk therapy
2) Cognitive therapy
3) Behavioral therapy
4) Interpersonal therapy
5) Psychotherapy
6) Family therapy
