It's training time:
1. Kira-kira 2 minggu sebelum anda keluar bekerja, anda bolehlah mula melatih bayi anda menerima susu perahan anda sedikit demi sedikit. Jadual latihan pemberian susu ibu ini perlu diubahsuai mengikut kesesuaian masa bekerja anda.
6. Teruskan latihan hingga blok keempat pada hari kesepuluh hingga keduabelas. Sekiranya anda hanya melatih bayi untuk 4 blok waktu, bayi anda sekarang sepatutnya telahpun membiasakan diri dengan rutin susu perahan. Sekiranya anda mempunyai 5 blok, teruskan lagi latihan dari hari ketigabelas hingga hari kelimabelas. (Ini bermakna anda perlu bermula 15 hari sebelum keluar bekerja).

Dah nak start training mode nih...

@ Thaqif selsema

Risaunya... bb Thaqif selsema la plak... actually bukan sebab tak bedung ke hape... tapi sebab berjangkit sudah dengan ibu Kaisah dan Thaqif yang selsema ini... ntah cemane ntah leh kena selsema wa pun tak perasan... but ada this one day, memang gegila punya sejuk whereby me, myself and I yang dok pakai stoking nih siap tarik selimut lagik masa titon malam... i guess that's when I encountered the flu...

Thaqif berjangkit of course due to menyusu badan... alhamdulillah Kaisah tak selsema sangat... kadang-kadang jek ade bunyi-bunyi yang tak menyenangkan heard during she was sleeping... memang merisaukan... ye arr, Kaisah kan masih menyusu badan lagiks... tu yang sipi-sipi kena jugak selsema tu... however, sekarang nih dah kurang dah, aku selalu sapu Vicks VapoRub kat belakang badan, badan, kat batang hidung skit...

Hari Sabtu lepas balik kampung, tanya ngan Mak Ngah cemana nak wat ngan Thaqif sebab selsema... so, inilah petua yang diberikan => ambik kunyit hidup dan gesekkan dengan kapur makan pastu sapu kat sepanjang batang hidung anak... alhamdulillah, dah kurang skit selsema Thaqif ngan Kaisah...

Masa dok browse net tadi, terperasan tentang artikel mengenai Transfer Factor.

@ buat ayah tersayang

Rasulullah mengatakan, bahawa memandang wajah ibu bapa dengan penuh kasih-sayang adalah satu ibadah (Riwayat Abu Nuaim Daripada Aisyah)... ~not for today only ya~ love always to Mr Hubby and both ayahs'... ;)

video

Di mana akan kucari
Aku menangis seorang diri
Hatiku selalu ingin bertemu
Untukmu aku bernyanyi

Untuk ayah tercinta
Aku ingin bernyanyi
Walau airmata di pipiku
Ayah dengarkanlah
Aku ingin berjumpa
Walau hanya dalam mimpi

Lihatlah hari berganti
Namun tiada seindah dulu
Datanglah aku ingin bertemu
Untukmu aku bernyanyi

=> lama juga tak bersua ngan ayah tersayang... bilalah agaknya leh bersua...
=> just wanna say that we love our ayahs' always... forever in time...
=> bila melihat ayah Kaisah dan Thaqif bersengkang mata, bekerja mencari rezeki, melayan kerenah anak-anak... terbayang daku akan segala pengorbanan seorang ayah dalam mendidik anak... mendidik ya... bukan setakat membesarkan... the differences are thoroughly wide gak... ye arr, setakat membesarkan, anyone can do that, but to mendidik dan ensure that the child will grow and become a useful knowledgeable person is not an easy task...
=> salute kepada para ayah sedunia... but they should be appreciated everyday, not only on certain day jek ya... ;)

@ 7 signs that your child loves you

1. Your newborn stares into your eyes — he's actually working hard to memorize your face. He doesn't understand anything else about the world, but he knows you're important.
2. Your baby thinks about you even when you're not around. Between 8 and 12 months old, he'll start to scrunch his face and look around when you leave the room — and he'll smile when you return.
3. Your toddler throws wicked tantrums. Nope, those screaming fits don't mean he's stopped loving you. He wouldn't be so hurt and angry if he didn't trust you so deeply.
4. Your toddler runs to you for comfort when he falls down or feels sad. Kids this age may not truly understand the meaning of "I love you," but their actions speak louder than words.
5. Your preschooler gives you a flower picked from the garden, a finger-painted heart, a sparkly rock, or another gift.
6. Your preschooler wants your approval. He'll start to be more cooperative around the house, and he'll look for chances to impress. "Look at me!" will become a catchphrase.
7. Your grade-schooler trusts you with secrets, like his first crush or his most embarrassing moment. You're his confidante, even if he shies away from your hugs in public.

=> Kaisah will run towards my arms and get herself wrapped each and everytime I came back from work... (same goes to her ayah...)
=> hmmm, always received a 'something' from along Kashah, listens to his secrets... he loves me ya... hiks...

Every now and then
We find a special friend
Who never lets us down
Who understands it all
Reaches out each time you fall
You're the best friend that I've found
I know you can't stay
But part of you will never ever go away
Your heart will stay

I'll make a wish for you
And hope it will come true
That life will just be kind
To such a gentle mind
If you lose your way
Think back on yesterday
Remember me this way
Remember me this way

I don't need eyes to see
The love you bring to me
No matter where I go
And I know that you'll be there
Forever more a part of me
You're everywhere
I'll always care

I'll make a wish for you
And hope it will come true
That life will just be kind
To such a gentle mind
If you lose your way
Think back on yesterday
Remember me this way
Remember me this way

And I'll be right behind your shoulder watching you
I'll be standing by your side in all you do
And I won't ever leave
As long as you believe
You just believe

I'll make a wish for you
And hope it will come true
That life will just be kind
To such a gentle mind
If you lose your way
Think back on yesterday
Remember me this way
Remember me this way

Ibu Kaisah and Thaqif just gila-gila punya suka kat lirik lagu nih... cuba baca each and every word... very touchy and it actually reminds us to be true in friendship... tapi zaman sekarang nih, nak carik sahabat memang gila-gila punya payah... I mean, for somebody to stood by you no matter you have the $$ or not, sanggup mempertahankan kebenaran kita, sanggup berhujan-panas dengan kita, sanggup menerima segala kelebihan dan kekurangan kita, sanggup menegur kita kalau kita melakukan kekhilafan dan sanggup juga menerima teguran kita... memang satu dalam sejuta... tak semestinya owang tu kita kenal lama atau berada dalam aliran yang sama tapi yang boleh menerima kita seadanya dengan IKHLAS...

Kawan... setakat wat huha-huha bole la... rakan... bole le mendengar tapi 80% don't care, 19% are laughing at you behind your back and 1% are trying to figure out how to use it against you... sahabat... ya... itulah kata kunci yang kita cari hari ini...

Bedak Agnesia telah menyelamatkan keadaan... hiks... dulu, kini dan selamanya... alhamdulillah, rashes kat pipi Thaqif ngan belakang Kaisah dah hilang dah... i mean dah takde... dah baik... memula tu risau le gaks sebabnye ia tumbuh seperti cendawan selepas hujan... chewwah... ayat, tak hengat... hihihihi... whateva it is, I am so relieved that everything has been successfully taken care of...

Teringat zaman kanak-kanak dolu.. memang selalu guna bedak Agnesia nih kalau ade rashes, or sometimes bedak Cuticura...

hihihihi... how I missed my childhood-days... memang seronok time tuh... tak payah pikir pasal macam-macam... tak payah pikir pasal duit, keja, mana nak bayar itu-ini... well, those sweet days altho dah lepas... senantiasa bermain-main di fikiran dan mindaku...

Bila terkenang masa lalu rasa terharu
Segalanya masih kekal dalam kenangan
Tiba di persimpangan jalan berpisah jauh
Sekian lama di rantau bersendirian

Tiada lagi seruling senja mendayu
Tiada lagi ketawa riang bersama
Bila sepi mengusik hati
Semuanya kini dalam kenangan

Aku kirimkan restu pada ayah dan bonda
Budi dan jasamu tetap dalam kenangan
Teman seiring jalan kini jauh dariku
Kemesraan kita tetap dalam kenangan

Tiada lagi suara ombak di pantai
Tiada lagi bayu teberau membelai
Di saat sepi begini
Semuanya kini dalam kenangan

Bila masanya tiba nanti aku kembali
Pasti ada yang berubah dan tiada lagi
Dan bila kutinggalkan lagi kampung halaman
Segalanya abadi dalam kenangan

@ 16052010 ber'reunion'

Kalau nak diikutkan, memang hubby tak bagik pi reunion on that day sebabnye ibu Kaisah dan Thaqif memang dah sangat sarat sewaktu tarikh tersebut... tapi, disebabkan gue lah owang yang 'bidan terjun' aka organize reunion ini... takkan aa tak pegi... bukan la organizer ape, tapi yang start bukak thread untuk invite dan kumpulkan kembali ol skool fwen... almaklumlla, sekarang ni hanya bertemu di dunia cyber kan kan kan...

Thus, on that remarkable day, alhamdulillah, ada 9 orang yang berjaya dikumpulkan:
1) Farah - tuan umah (masa buat party time sekolah dulu pun kat umah Farah gaks... hihihi)
2) Ben
3) Fid
4) Weibah
5) Emy
6) Awien
7) Fariz
8) Lina Siddik
9) Aku

Masa nak gerak ke umah Farah tu actuallynye last minute baru hubby bagi green lite, hiks... dah le kena drive sendirik sebab hubby ada some sort of kursus ke training... so, lepas Zohor terus la gerak ke SA... aku as usual ngan sebatalion army... sebab selepas reunion party tu kami nak ke Gombak pi umah SIL... so, aku pun drive la ngan perut boyot-boyot tu... hihihihi... since takde wat preparation, aku hanya menyinggah ke pasar mini dan beli roti ngan tuna... har har har... kononnye nak wat sandwich tapi dah tak sempat ooo... bawak la plastik-plastik sekali... padahal @ first aku plan nak wat cuppies... hmppp, apakan daya... dah x larat sangat dah pada minggu itu...

Masuk jek umah... Farah baru siap mandi lepas balik dari Melodi JomHeboh kat Putrajaya... dia turun jek tangga as usual... 'Tini... alalalalala... lamanye tak jumpa...' 'Farah... aa'aa lamer gila tak face to face...' muahhhhh... sessi jejak kasih pun bermula... diikuti dengan Weibah dan kami pun terus la pi duduk untuk memulakan sessi mengimbau kenangan silam...

About half and hour later geng Cik Kiah yang lain pun sampai larrr... so, kami pun sambung la bercerita-ceriti sambil seronok makan-makan... ahaks... oh ye, makanan yang ade aritu adalah:

@ nap and Thaqif

Sleep is vital for babies and young children, whose brains and bodies are developing at an extraordinary rate — but nighttime rest isn't enough. Regular naps help them get the sleep they need. Do your best to encourage your baby to nap consistently. But keep in mind that his temperament and natural bodily rhythms will help determine how and when he naps. Some babies nap for long stretches every day right from the start and settle easily into a pattern. Others do just fine taking shorter naps or napping at less regular times.

As a newborn, your baby will sleep for two to four hours at a time, day and night. At this stage, you shouldn't expect any sort of napping pattern. Just let your baby sleep as much as he needs to. When your baby's 6 to 8 weeks old, he's likely to start consolidating his sleep — he'll sleep less often and for longer stretches at a time. He'll probably need two to four naps a day, and perhaps even more.

At 3 to 4 months of age, many babies begin to follow a more predictable pattern of daytime sleep. This is a good time to start developing a nap schedule. By 6 months, your baby will probably be taking two or three naps a day: one in the morning, one in the early afternoon, and another later in the afternoon. At 9 to 12 months, most babies are down to a solid two naps a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. And by 18 months, most children give up their morning nap altogether but continue to snooze in the afternoon. They'll continue with this pattern until they're 3 or 4 years old.

These are typical patterns, but not all babies follow them. Every baby has his own unique sleep habits.

=> That's why la bb Thaqif leh titon dan titon lagik... bangun pun sekejap-sekejap untk menyusu... pastu main sekejap... sambung tido... well, he loves to stretch alright... kadang-kadang tu terperanjat dengar bunyik masa dia tengah meng'stretch'kan diri...
