JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In charge of company all orders' production planning.
In case of any delay, to rebuild the best plan.
Liaison with HQ Sales/PC in dealing with new order plan.
Leading and coaching scheduler and planner on production control matters and ensure materials availability to support production line.
Leading and coaching scheduler and planner on production control matters and ensure materials availability to support production line.
To ensure running orders WIP checking on actual status condition related to shortage parts, progress status check against export date, QA parts checking status, drawing issuance and quotation check and verification before PO issuance.
Update the coming order shortage part list and work closely with Procurement department of the delay (JIT or Delay parts feedback).
Tendency towards instructing and guiding subordinates in conducting job related matters. In charge of company month end closing.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Degree in Business Administration, Eonomics. Planning or Engineering.
Minimum 5 years experiences in manufacturing environment as a Production Planner.
Excellent working knowledge of JIT.
Able to work under tight schedule in a fast pace environment.
Able to speak Japanese Language will be an added advantage.
