Japanese N2, English and Mandarin fluency

-10 years experience as a sales manager

-Working experience in Japanese company

*RESPONSIBILITIES*

Summary: Assisting current MD in managing company business operation and staff management. Ensure company is moving forwards by fulfilling the company mission and vision as preparation for next in line MD.

-Details:

-Ensure the team meets the deliverable quality of operations by adhere to respective process and company goals

-Manage and ensure company policies and guidelines are communicated all the way from top down in the company and followed well.

-Communicate and maintain relationship with HQ, business partners and authorities

-Delegate responsibilities and supervise the works of staff by providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.

-Analyze problematic situation and occurrences and provide solution to ensure company survival and growth

-Handle media development on Outdoor advertising

-Selecting locations for setting advertisements

-Manage budget planning

-Handle licence Acquisition from the government and requesting to suppliers for contractions process

-Acting as representative, and engage relationship with other advertising agency

-Attain advertisement project and makes sure advertisement project went well

-Perform other ad hoc tasking as per required by management
