*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Greet customers, attend to them, take in orders from them, run the customers’ jobs/tasks
-Record all sales in the cashier system, provide customer with register receipt and process cash, cheque, credit card, e-wallet/s and bank transfer transactions
-Operate all software/application programs within the Centre
-Receive and process packages for FedEx, TNT, ARAMEX, City-Link Express, Poslaju, GDExpress, DHLeCommerce and other couriers that the company may tie up with in the future including lifting and weighing of packages on scale
-Key-in and process courier/shipping documents into respective courier system for processing and shipping claims
-Key-in courier/shipping details into the internal system for record and audit reference purposes
-Operate copy machine(s) including printing, reproducing documents, removing misfeeds, cleaning glass surfaces, restocking paper, replacing toners and drum cartridges
-Seperate document finishing machines such as the binding machine, laminator, rotary trimmer, heavy-duty stapler and punch, laser cutter and etc
-Operate fax and scanning machine
-Determine requirements and take customers order for business card, flyer and brochure orders, rubber stamps and etc
-Determine other print solutions for customers
-Present and sell all services
-Receive registered mails/packages on behalf of mailbox holders and notify them via email, WhatsApp or phone call on the same day
-Pack contents for shipping using fill void and/or bubble wrap, construct corrugated boxes, customising them when needed, etc
-Determine appropriate packing and shipping solutions to customers
-Deliver and retrieve heavy packages to and from customer’s vehicle with trolley or cart when necessary or when requested
-Make deliveries and/or pick-ups from customers and suppliers from their offices located within walking distance or driving distance (by motorcycle or car) from the Centre when required
-Place, answer and refer all telephone calls
-Replenish stock display shelves with products when an item runs low, arranging the products neatly on the shelves
-Place order for courier supplies such as envelopes, flyers, pouches, airway bill/consignment note, fragile stickers and etc
-Assist in restocking order of courier prepaid stocks, corrugated boxes, paper supplies, special papers, stationaries and etc
-Bank-in cash sales at the nearest bank via cash deposit machine and/or over-the-counter on daily basis. Changing cash notes and coins for outlet's cashier use at the nearest bank via over-the-counter on a weekly basis
-Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
-Daily general housekeeping including dusting, cleaning of all glass surfaces, sweeping and mopping the corridors including the steps leading up to the Centre and the areas at the sides of the steps, throwing out the garbage, vacuuming, etc
-All other duties as assigned
