In light of the recent flood, AmBank Group is offering a Flood Relief Programme to help alleviate the financial burden of the affected customers. This is their main priority now.
AmBank Group is providing a moratorium of up to 6 months (Terms and conditions apply) for all loans and financing facilities including credit card facilities, with no late or penalty charges imposed during the moratorium period to eligible customers who are struggling with the aftereffects of the floods.
Given the floods that have devastated several parts of Malaysia, AmBank Group is committed to provide flood assistance to all our affected customers through their Flood Relief Programme. This Programme provides targeted assistance to eligible customers who are struggling with the aftereffects of the floods. Customers are offered a moratorium of up to six months for all loans and financing facilities including credit card facilities, with no late or penalty charges imposed during the moratorium period.
To apply, kindly submit your request with your relevant supporting documents via any of the following channels:
Email your request with your supporting documents as below:
1) You will need to submit the relevant documents that would demonstrate that you have been adversely affected by the flood.
2) For example, supporting documents from the relevant local authority such as a Police Report, confirmation letter from the National Security Council (NSC) or State Assemblymen (ADUN).
Indicate which facility / financing you wish to apply together with a copy of your NRIC and provide your valid contact telephone number to floodrelief@ambankgroup.com.
