HSBC is offering a series of financial assistance to our customers that were impacted by the recent floods around the country.
- Deferment of loans/financing payments
- Replacement of lost or damaged HSBC debit/credit cards at no charge
- Waiver of late payment charges for HSBC credit cards
The programme will be available until 31 March 2022.
The loans/financing should not be in arrears for more than 90 days at the point of application and HSBC will evaluate all applications on a case-by-case basis.
