INGREDIENTS

140 gm butter/margarine
70 gm icing sugar
1 egg
½ tsp baking powder
2 tbsp chocolate chips
¼ tsp vinegar
1 tsp liquid glucose
1 tsp emplex
1 drop red food coloring
2 tsp parmesan cheese
30 gm chopped walnuts
40 gm sunflower seeds
3 tsp yogurt
1 tsp cornflour
80 gm Red Rose flour
80 gm Red Velvet flour


INSTRUCTIONS

1) Beat the butter and icing sugar together for 5 minutes.
2) Add the egg white and beat for 2 minutes.
3) Add the egg yolk and beat for 2 minutes.
4) Add all of the dry ingredients and mix well.
5) Add the chopped walnuts and sunflower seeds, leaving some for decoration.
6) Add the yogurt, vinegar, chocolate chips, liquid glucose, and red food coloring.
7) Once combined, add 1 tablespoon of Red Rose flour.
8) Put the mixture into a piping bag and pipe the cookies onto a baking tray.
9) Decorate with the remaining walnuts and sunflower seeds.
10) Bake at 160-180°C for 15-20 minutes.



DECORATION

1) Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler.
2) Put the melted chocolate in a piping bag and drizzle it over the cookies after baking.
