Zaman sekarang banyak kempen kesedaran untuk setiap jenis penyakit emosi dan mental. Apabila diasingkan, baru tahu kategori mana. Masa akak kecil dulu, kalau nampak orang depression, itu adalah orang gila. Mengamuk marah pun orang gila. Satu kategori merangkumi semua. Masyarakat pun menjauhkan diri bimbang jika dicederakan. Sebab depression ni dia boleh cederakan diri sendiri dan orang lain. Pentingnya peranan spiritual iaitu jika orang beragama islam, kita solat lima waktu dan membaca Al-Quran. Kerana ini adalah cara untuk pulih. Dari solat kita berdoa dan legakan diri, lapang dada mengadu pada yang satu. Dari Al-Quran juga kita boleh ambil iktibar melalui pengalaman kisah terdahulu dan memahami tafsirnya. Sibukkan diri dengan perkara berfaedah, pilih circle yang serasi dan jauhkan diri dari terlibat dengan masalah dan hutang yang banyak. InsyaAllah kita akan menghargai kehidupan. Sama-sama kita support each other.
