*MUST HAVE*
Degree in Chemical or Electronic or Mechanical or Material Engineering Technology
-Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial position
-Experience in the semiconductor industry
-Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality

Preferably individual with experience in Semiconductor
-A team player who able to deal with all level of people
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Responsible for overall operation activities, include coordinate and manage process improvement, sustaining, upkeep equipment maintenance and all activities related to production
-Responsible to drive yield improvement and continuous improvement plan
-Organize, plan and monitor to ensure production operate in optimum performance to fulfil on-time delivery to the customers
-Operation KPI, monitor and timely trigger corrective actions for improvement
-Build up and installing right workplace culture and discipline, 5S and safety in the session in-charge
