CIMB FLOOD RELIEF ASSISTANCE PLAN

CIMB Malaysia deeply empathise with all who have been impacted by the recent floods across Malaysia, and CIMB is committed to playing their part in serving the communities they operate in. CIMB will be providing financial obligation payment relief under the CIMB Flood Relief Assistance Plan to assist customers in communities that have been affected.

Customers can visit any of CIMB branches or call CIMB’s Contact Centre at

to apply for assistance. SMEs can apply for assistance directly online through www.cimb.com.my/frap.


Non-SMEs and corporate customers may also contact their CIMB Relationship Manager to discuss assistance options.

CIMB has also committed RM2 million towards providing on-ground community assistance for flood victims as well as recovery support, which will be mobilised by CIMB Foundation in collaboration with partner NGOs.
