• Loan/financing moratorium of up to six months
• Loan modifications
• Waiver of finance and fee charges for selected services such as replacement of debit card, ATM card and more.
Alliance Bank Malaysia Bhd today launched a flood relief assistance programme by extending loan/financing moratorium of up to six months and loan repayment modifications.
It will also waive finance and fee charges for selected services such as the replacement of debit cards and ATM cards.
"We understand the emotional and financial strain on the families and businesses impacted by the flood and want to do our part to help ease some of their financial worries," Alliance Bank group chief executive officer Joel Kornreich said in a statement on 20/12/2021.
The bank is also assisting its employees affected by the flood to help them through this stressful time.
Alliance Bank branches throughout the country, except for the Shah Alam branch, remain open to continue serving its customers.
