*MUST HAVE*


- Excellent communication skill in both Japanese (JLPT N2 or equivalent) & English 
- Able to work on shift basis and public holiday
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

*RESPONSIBILITIES*


You will be serving a world famous online hotel reservation service provider. The job responsibilities include:
- Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone and e-mail 
- Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation 
- Act as a liaison between guest and hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint
