*RESPONSIBILITIES*
You will be serving a world famous online hotel reservation service provider. The job responsibilities include:
- Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone and e-mail
- Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation
- Act as a liaison between guest and hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint
