- Above Diploma in any field
- Min 1 year of working experience as a sales, sales admin, customer service, office work
- Able to speak English, Mandarin and Malay
- Have own transportation
- Excellent computer literacy

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Act on behalf of Sales Assistant Manager during his absence.
- Authorized to sign Sales documents (such as Invoice, Delivery order, Packing List, Custom Forms and others)
- Authorized to sign customer's orders, cancellation orders.
- Action taken on customer's complaint or any unsatisfactory.
- Get order forecast from customers.
- Follow up customer over due payment.
- Responsible for customer's delivery.
- Seek for new customers and service current customers base as defined by superior.
- Provide Quotation to customers.
- Coordinate and furnish monthly stock check for Finished Goods store.
- Additional responsibilities are fulfill the job instructed by Superior.
- If appointed as Automotive customer representative. He / she shall ensure that customer requirement are addressed.
- Handle of verbal order.
- Liaise with customer on the status of orders.
- Follow up on urgent deliveries for customer.
- Follow up customer's overdue payment.
- Supervise Sales Clerk and Delivery Clerk.
- Assist Sales Executive and Sales Assistant Manager on customer quotation.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Chiyoda Integre was established in Penang on March, 1990. CIP land was used for coconut
plantation before being developed and converted into Industrial Park by PDC in year 1994. CIP
has about 130 employees as of current, where its main activities are punching, cutting, slitting
and laminated insulation products on plastic products for electrical and electronics industries.
Chiyoda Integre Penang will continue to purse the challenge of becoming an integrated
manufacturer centering in electronics. Not only that, the main aim is to provide a high quality of
