*MUST HAVE*
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Economics or others relevant discipline
-Minimum 3 years of work experience in Production Planning
-Knowledge and experience in ERP system
-Excellent communication skills and coordinating abilities to work with team mates
-Computer literate in MS Words, Excel and Power Points
*OTHERS/ADVANTAGES*
Preferably candidate with 2 years experience in manufacturing industry
-Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
-Self-driven to achieve targets in tight schedule with limited resources
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Production scheduling and output planning to meet demand plan on time, based on inventory availability, capacity constraints, cycle time considerations, yield and any other factors
-Release and maintenance of Job Orders based on CO FC requirements and commit shipments against required dates
-Ensure adequate stock and timely supply of materials to the production lines and oversee the proper control of raw material, consumables and packaging inventory
-Monitor and follow-up closely with production team to ensure output is aligned to schedule
-Manage and analyze performance report
-Generate Monthly Stock Closing Report for Finished Goods and work in progress
-To prepare & update product standard cost
-Monitor and update BoM data accuracy
-Liaise with Purchasing Department for urgent request of raw materials
-Liaise with Sales related to production scheduler and delivery quantity.
-Advise and give recommendations to Production Section Head for production line shutdown in case of low demand
-Give instruction to production for urgent machine conversion or priority product
-To perform other duties as assigned by superior
