-Attending incoming/walk in  Japanese patients

-Assist Japanese patients with insurance claim matters

-Act as a medical interpreter to Japanese patients

-Handling documents translation from English-Japanese and vice versa

-Handling accounts processing/data entry of patients

-Perform other ad-hoc duty per assigned by management
